Another great day. We are staying in Kensington and the area is very lively from morning to night, with lots of students and young people around. After breakfast, we go to the discount theatre ticket booth at Leicester Square and get tickets to the Reduced Shakespeare Company's "Complete History of America." The theatre group is great -- we've seen them before, so we anticipate a good evening of comedy.
We stroll around Harrod's department store and the girls can't believe the prices! They buy pencils and pass up the $250 purses and $75 tee-shirts, but the place is an experience. We have all-day subway passes so we go up to Tower Hill for a few photos of the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. Then to the hotel for a quick stop before dinner at Planet Hollywood, Piccadilly.
The theatre is great, as expected, and we stop for a few night photos of Big Ben and then some ice cream back in Kensington before turning in for the night.
